She firmly subscribes to the notion that imagination outweighs knowledge because while knowledge is rooted in what we already know, imagination is the force that propels individuals and cultures forward.

By embracing technology, she has empowered students to be more productive and better equipped for the challenges of the modern world. In her dedicated efforts toward holistic education, she has actively worked with co-curricular students who might have been marginalized from the mainstream educational flow, particularly those from remote areas. Identifying the barriers that kept them away from school, she conducted extensive workshops and engaged with parents to address the underlying issues. Through collaborative efforts, she has successfully reintegrated 450 to 500 students, reigniting their educational journey with newfound enthusiasm.
Aligning with the changes introduced in the National Education Policy (NEP) of India, the school focuses on the overall development of students. Recognizing the significance of the mother tongue, it is employed as a medium of instruction. This approach is grounded in the understanding that familiarity with one’s mother tongue facilitates quicker comprehension, thereby enhancing the students’ grasping capacity.
