Prof. Devi Prasad Misra, born in 1961, is a distinguished academician hailing from Odisha, India. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Khallikote College, Berhampur, a prestigious institution with a rich legacy. His academic journey continued as he pursued his M.Com., M.Phil., and Ph.D. from Berhampur University, further solidifying his foundation in commerce and management.

Commencing his professional career in academia, he began as an Assistant Professor in Commerce at Berhampur University in 1990. Through his dedication and expertise, he ascended to the position of Associate Professor in Management by 1999, a testament to his commitment to education and research. His tenure at Berhampur University lasted until February 2005, after which he transitioned to Fakir Mohan University, Balasore, Odisha, where he assumed the role of Professor of Management.

Over the course of his illustrious career spanning 31 years, he has made significant contributions to the academic realm. He has authored 12 books and published 125 research articles in peer-reviewed journals, establishing himself as a prolific writer and researcher.
