Miss. Manjusha is currently working as an Educationist at the National and International level. Her
contributions have garnered significant recognition and praise on a global scale. According to her,
every student is born with a unique mentality and asserts that children’s developing brains are
delicate and should be handled carefully. She has brought a revolution in the teaching world by using
differentiated teaching techniques based on the experimentation done by Cognitive Scientists.
She offers a variety of instructional techniques, including Think-Pair-Share, Exit Slips, Demonstrations, Brain Breaks, and Transitions, which allow for whole-to-part instruction, reflection, and the
creation of connections. Educators must use Behaviourist, Constructivist and Cognitive Applications
while teaching in the classroom. Although there are several techniques to teaching, such as the Banking, Discipline, and Collaborative approaches, she states that the student-centred approach is the
most effective.
She states that an Educator must use Bloom’s Taxonomy where the Learning outcomes can be based
on the six levels ranging from LOTS to HOTS which must consider the Readiness level, Learning preferences and Interests of a learner. To facilitate this, she uses the VARK model by applying different
instructional strategies like Jigsaw puzzles, Anchor Activities, Graphic organizers, mind maps, and
case studies.
Since making other people happy makes her happy, she has devoted her life to improving human
lives. She adds that empowering people to support themselves financially is a better idea than providing them with financial aid. By equipping the pupils with the necessary knowledge, values, and abilities, she hopes to serve as an incubator for a prosperous future.
