His academic pursuits led him to further specialize in the field, culminating in a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree and the completion of the D.S.M. program.

Prashant’s foray into the realm of education was not merely a professional choice but a natural progression influenced by his familial background. For a decade, he honed his skills and expertise in the domain, steering his own coaching classes towards excellence. However, his trajectory took a transformative turn when he assumed the role of Cultural Coordinator at Atma Malik English Medium School in Shahapur.

After six enriching years at Atma Malik, he embraced a new challenge as he assumed the mantle of Principal at Sharada English Medium School in Vasind. The school presented a formidable array of obstacles, characterized by dwindling student enrollment and a pervasive lack of discipline among both faculty and students. Undeterred by the daunting task at hand, he approached his new role with unwavering determination and a steadfast commitment to effecting positive change.

Through collaborative efforts with the esteemed members of the management and the dedication of his teaching staff, he orchestrated a remarkable transformation within Sharada English Medium School. Despite its initial plight, the school flourished under his leadership, witnessing a substantial surge in student enrollment from a meager 360 to an impressive thousand.
