As a dynamic leader and educationist with a passion for delivering a win-win approach in whatever she does, Dr Shilpi Singh has one dream of seeing her students happy, “Happy from within”. The Primary leader of SRRDPBVM, Fatehpur, Dr SHILPI SINGH is the epitome of effective leadership, positivity, and diligence. She always focuses on the holistic development of every student and contributes a lot to maintaining a healthy environment in the school.
She has diverse Educational and Administrative experience as a PGT Teacher, HOD, Academic Supervisor, and Principal. She started her Journey as a Botany Lecturer at BNPG College, Udaipur in the year 2000. Later after marriage, she joined Vardhman Vidya Vihar as TGT Science at Sikar, Rajasthan in 2003 and Vidya Bharti Public School in 2005.
Her leadership career started in Polkaji Shikshan Sansthan, Sikar, Rajasthan as a Director, at All Saints International School, Jaipur as a Principal and is currently handling all academic and administrative responsibilities as a principal at Shri Ramrikhdas Poddar Bal Vidya Mandir, Fatehpur Shekhawati, Sikar since Jan 2021.
She has been bestowed with the “Jaipur Ratan Samman 2023” in a ceremony on 2/9/2023 by Shakti Foundation reflecting a promising vision for the school. A paragon of pedagogy and poise, she was presented the glorious Dynamic Women Achievers of India Award with a certificate of Excellence on 29th May 2022 at New Delhi by Ch. Randhir Singh, Hon’ble Former Governor of Sikkim.
Dr Shilpi Singh has been conferred with the Educlouds Leadership Award by the CEO of Educlouds for her contribution to global innovation and excellence in education. She has the distinction of being the ‘Outstanding Principal of the Year’ as a Principal par excellence for creating a better tomorrow and enhancing young minds with supreme zeal by Global Triumph Foundation, Bangalore in World Women Icon-22.
She was felicitated with the prestigious “Rashtra Shakti Shiromani Award” on the Eve of Women’s Day as a Principal par excellence in the National Women Achievement Conclave by Sampark Kranti Parivaar.
Defining her vision of excellence, Esteemed Principal, Dr Shilpi Singh has been bestowed with an Award by SDM Fatehpur with Corona Warrior Title for imparting Quality And continued Education to the Children of Fatehpur. The prestigious Acharya Devo Bhav Samman has been conferred on the eve of Teacher’s Day 2021 by the G-SIL Society, Gurgaon.
DR Shilpi Singh is a proud recipient of the “Education Icon Award- Best Principal” by Hon. Ex-Army Chief Shri G D Bakshi Ji on 13th October 2019 at Deen Dayal Upadhyay College Auditorium, New Delhi under the aegis of Trendspire Solutions. Dr Shilpi Singh is a proud recipient of the Inspiring Educator Award in August 2019 and was felicitated by Bhartiya Vikas Parishad along with G Sil Educational Society on the eve of Teachers Day 2018
Principal Dr Shilpi Singh was invited and featured twice on the Digital Platform for a Discussion on burning issues such as Mental Health- Depression and Anxiety Among Students and on the topic Text Book Education V/S Practical Education. Dr Singh also led as a Judge at Ryan Edunation School organised an online Competition Pan India where teachers of Jaipur, Surat & Mumbai Participated, Dr Shilpi Singh was a judge for the Competition- “Lead By Example”- An Annual Overview of Teachers’ Success Case Studies.
