Currently serving as the Principal of Thar School in Osian, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, his journey began in the 1990s as a coach for roller skating, forging a deep connection with children from the outset. His early experiences as a coach and entrepreneur instilled invaluable lessons, laying the foundation for his multifaceted career.

Throughout his educational journey, he has acquired degrees spanning science, commerce, arts, education, nutrition, and computers, alongside excelling in dramatics, philately, and sports. His diverse background enriches his approach to education, enabling him to connect with students on various levels.

In his role as an educator, he is committed to fostering an environment where every student can thrive. At the core of his leadership philosophy is a drive to inspire and empower students beyond the confines of the classroom. He instills a passion for learning, encouraging students to pursue their aspirations with confidence while staying grounded in their roots.

His educational journey has traversed various roles and institutions, from serving as a guest faculty at Maulana Azad University, Jodhpur, to holding positions such as PGT English at BDRKA School and Central Academy in Jodhpur, and later as Academic Head and Examination Incharge at DPS, Balotra, and Principal at DWPS, Pali, before assuming his current role at Thar School, Osian. Along this journey, he has garnered numerous accolades and awards, including recognition as the Best Junior Philatelist in Rajasthan in 1988-89 and the Best Skater in Rajasthan from 1990 to 1994. His remarkable achievements also include setting a world record in the Limca Book of Records for a 50-hour non-stop skating event.

More recently, he has been honored with prestigious awards such as the Global Education Awards 2022 for his contribution to student development, the Best Teacher Award 2022 by the Institute of Scholars under the Ministry of MSME, GOI, the Best Teacher Award 2023 by Education Sensations, and the Indian Icon Awards 2023 for Outstanding Leadership (Principal) of the Year. Additionally, his talent in theatre was recognized with a National Award for Theatre at the National Theatre Festival in Dehradun and Benares in 2000.
