Dr. Ashish Kumar
On July 30, 1976, in the Shalimar Bagh area of Delhi, a boy was born into a low-income family who taught him never to give up and never be afraid of circumstances or difficulties. That boy’s name is Ashish Kumar. At 12, he entered the fitness industry and became a respected father, husband, and teacher. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, he has trained more than 2,000 students and won many medals, trophies, and certificates at district, state, national, and international levels. He has also been a Physical Education teacher at RR Geeta Bal Public School in Sultanpuri for the past 20 years, and his first salary is only Rs. 1500, where he has taught thousands of students about the importance of being fit and healthy.
Dr. Ashish Kumar is a fitness expert and a social worker who has dedicated himself to helping backward, Muslim, and scheduled caste communities. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded a doctorate by the World Human Rights Organization in 2021. In 2014, he achieved a top rank in Singapore’s Mr. & Mrs. Universe competition. Despite suffering a heart attack in 2019 and undergoing bypass surgery, he did not give up on his passion for fitness and training. He became the first person from India to win two consecutive gold medals in the World Powerlifting Championships in Russia in 2021 and Thailand in 2022, proving that he is an inspiration to all.
