Dr. Sanipina Jayalakshmi Rao currently serves as a Facebook
Super Editor and International Member of the World Human
Rights Protection Commission in Visakhapatnam, ANDHRA
PRADESH, INDIA. Additionally, she is recognized as a top
contributor to NASA. She was born on May 25, 1957, and
holds a postgraduate degree in Economics (M.A.) from Berhampur University, Berhampur, Orissa, and a B.Ed. from
Dibrugarh University, Assam. Dr Rao has contributed as an educationist in three states: Orissa, Arunachal Pradesh,
and Andhra Pradesh.
Throughout her life, Dr. Sanipina Jayalakshmi Rao has been on a mission to serve humanity, especially during natural
calamities. She actively participated in relief efforts during the Mahanadi floods in 1980, the Lohit River floods in 1994
and 1995, and the HUD HUD cyclone in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, in 2014. In addition to her humanitarian
work, she represented various prestigious conferences as a delegate, including the 4th World Conference of Sri Sathya
Sai Organisation in 1985, the World Council of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation in 1986, and the 6th World Conference of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation in 1995.
The blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba have been instrumental in perfecting Dr Sanipina Jayalakshmi Rao’s
poetic skills, inspiring her to create beautiful poems in the Land of Sunrise. Her literary journey began with the publication of her first book, “My Poems In the Land of Sunrise,” which was written and published by S. Jayalakshmi Rao.
This significant work was released by the Honourable Chief Minister Sri Gegong Apang, and she was bestowed with
the esteemed title of “Poetess of Arunachal Pradesh” in 1993 at Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Dr Rao’s literary contributions continued to flourish, with numerous books released since 1993. Her dedication to literature was recognized
by the Maharaja of Vizianagaram, who honoured her for two new books in 2001.
Dr Sanipina Jayalakshmi Rao, as a Facebook Super Editor, has been consistently recognized with numerous National
and International awards since 2017. Notably, she is a top contributor to NASA and has received an Award Certificate, along with two Badges, as a Planetary Defender.
In 2021, Dr Rao was honoured with the prestigious Honorary Doctorate Award and International Lifetime membership of the World Human Rights Protection Commission at the International Seminar held at India International

the MVLA Jewel of India Excellence Award, the Bharat Jyothi Pratibha Samman Achievers Award, the National Level
Educationist Award of the Year, the MVLA Pride of Nation Jayalakshmi Samman Award, and the National Level
Professional Achiever’s Award. Dr. Rao clinched five titles at the MVLA National Level Achiever’s Pratibha Samman
Conference in 2021. Her exceptional contributions were further acknowledged with the World Education Icon Award
2021 for her iconic role as an Editor and Publisher
