Dr.S. Sarojini currently stands as the esteemed principal of Indira Ganesan College of Nursing, Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu. She is capable of steering her institution to unprecedented heights within a remarkably brief span of time. Her motto is nurses must have prepared to change on diverse patient’s needs, functions as leaders and capacity of health professionals to deliver safe, quality patient care. Her ambition is to flame up the success in future and ensure to confront challenges and pursue achievement at every movement.

She has been excelling in the field of education for more than two decades is unwaveringly devoted in the growth of the organisation where she is occupied. Armed with doctorate in nursing she has been crafting student with high knowledge and proficiency. It is remarkable when she considers that the teacher’s journey is one of the adventure.

She handled difficult situations with ease and always put the comfort of others before anything else. She pursued her under graduation in Vivekandha college of nursing Elayampalayam, followed by her Post graduation in Rani Meiyammai College of nursing chithambaram, and awarded her PhD in Meenakshi higher Education and research chennai.

Besides being an educationist and student counsellor, she has also had a few years of clinical experience which allows her to proceed more precisely. During this time, she was commended on dynamism and unfaltering dedication to accommodating patient clarity and communication. She always been a naturally caring person. well-suited to the position as understand the care system well, have a nurturing approach to patient support, and know how to manage in critical circumstances.

She dedicating herself to a task and putting in the effort and time required to achieve her goals towards personal or professional growth, hard work is vital. It helps her develop skills, hone talents, and overcome obstacles. By this reflect She has been awarded with Florence Nightingale Education Excellence Award, International Teaching Excellence Award, Academic Excellence Award and Best Lifetime Achievement Award. Having an extensive knowledge and proficiency, she has guided ennumber of projects besides having published in international journals. With confidence as her defining attribute she always inspires and motivates the student to be the better and best versions of themselves.
