Dr. Arun Kumar Mangalapalli, currently serving as the Principal of Adithe Satyanarayana PG College in Amalapuram, has made significant contributions to the fields of Management Studies and Information Technology. With an impressive academic background comprising five master’s degrees and a doctorate from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, he has dedicated over two decades to academia, research, and student welfare.

His journey in education began with a passion for teaching and a sense of social responsibility. He started his career as a Management Trainee at Shriram Investments Ltd. before transitioning to the field of Computer Education as a Faculty member at Aptech Computer Education. Over the years, he held various positions, including Head of the Department at SKBR College, Centre Incharge at Byraju Foundation, and Assistant Professor at BVCITS, before assuming the role of Principal at Adithe Satyanarayana PG College.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a deep commitment to student welfare and holistic development. He has played a key role in establishing new courses, providing academic and psychological counseling, and organizing motivational talks to inspire students to realize their full potential. Under his leadership, the Counseling & Guidance cell at his college has offered practical solutions to students’ emotional issues and brought out their latent talents.

His contributions extend beyond teaching and counseling. He is a prolific researcher, with over 36 articles on Management published in journals and conference proceedings. His expertise has been recognized by international and national organizations, earning him numerous awards and accolades, including the Siksha Gaurav Purashkar, Teaching Excellency Award, and Education Excellence Award for Research, among others.

In addition to his academic achievements, he is actively involved in academic research organizations, serving as a Research Committee Member in GLF, a South Asian-based organization. His dedication to education and leadership has been acknowledged internationally, with awards such as the Best Principal Award from IRAEA, Maldives, and the Emerging Edu Leader of Asia Award from GLF, Bhutan.
