Akhilesh, whose name means ‘indestructible,’ embodies resilience and determination in facing life’s challenges. With academic accomplishments including an M.Comm., M.A. in English, and a B.Ed., he pursued his passion for learning further by obtaining a doctorate in philosophy with a focus on English. His journey into education began in 1999 when he joined Vidya Bharti as a PGT, where he has since dedicated himself wholeheartedly.

In addition to his role as an educator, he actively engages in societal welfare as a Swayamsevak in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Throughout his teaching career, he has garnered extensive experience across different educational boards, including UP, UK, and CBSE. Known for his creativity, he has authored books on English Grammar and organized personality-building programs, such as seminars with groups like Planet Kool, fostering holistic development among his students.

A proponent of co-curricular and extracurricular activities, he encourages his students to participate in events like English debates, spell bee quizzes, and Cryptic Crosswords, nurturing their talents beyond the classroom. His dedication and hard work were recognized by the UP government, which awarded him the Best Teacher accolade in 2014. Akhilesh’s exemplary leadership as a Principal earned him over seven Best Principal awards, reflecting the positive impact he has had on his school’s growth and development.

Beyond academic instruction, Akhilesh instills in his students the distinction between an educated mind and a literate one, emphasizing critical thinking and holistic learning.
